He added that he would have joined them on tour had the offer come in. “God, yeah. Greatest rock and roll band of my generation. Greatest rock and roll singer of my generation.”
He also spoke about how the Mantra Of The Cosmos 'Domino Bones' the track was originally written by Noel Gallagher. He said “I was blown away by it - I couldn’t believe it. The greatest songwriter of my generation sending me a tune."
Zak Starkey 'Gutted' Not To Be A Part Of The Oasis Reunion
Zak Starkey has said he is ‘gutted’ and would have joined the Oasis reunion tour if he had been asked.
Speaking to BBC Breakfast this morning he said: “I texted them and said ‘why am I not in it?’. You know, if you get a new drummer, you get comfortable, don’t you? You get comfortable with new musicians and I think that’s what’s happened and I’m alright with that.”

This is the first print of a new behind the scenes collectors run of 5 unseen shots, taken during the abandoned Definitely Maybe recording sessions at Monnow Valley, in January 1994. Taken personally by Tony McCarroll.
A new intimate insight into Definitely Maybe's journey, coinciding with the albums 30th Anniversary, which finally sees these abandoned songs released to the public for the first time.
All come signed by the photographer, and founding drummer of Oasis, Tony McCarroll. A limited number will have a handwritten description of the image and how it came to be.
