Noel Gallagher joined Andy Goldstein & Darren Bent to discuss Manchester United sacking Ruben Amorim and Oasis featuring on the Official James Bond soundtrack.

Host Andy Goldstein asked him about the possibility of writing the theme song: "Would you like it?

"If Barbara Broccoli [long-term Bond producer] phoned you up and said: "Can you do it?'"

Gallagher then jokingly replied: "I'd say, 'Alright Babs.'"

"Absolutely, yeah, of course, it'd be an absolute honour!" he added. "I think those kind of things should be done by Brits, not Yanks."

Gallagher said he'd not received a call from the James Bond bosses though.

However, he might be eyeing an on-screen role as he said: "I'll play a villain, I'll play a Mancunian villain!"
