Liam Gallagher To Appear In Tonight's Comic Relief With Russell Brand, Robbie Williams And More

As we reported a few weeks ago (here) Liam Gallagher is set to appear in tonight's Comic Relief. It is broadcast live on BBC One and BBC Two from 19:00 (UK Only).

More information has been posted on various websites claiming that Liam will take part in a sketch called 'Who's Got What it takes to be a National Treasure'.

Stephen Fry, Miranda Hart and Sheridan Smith sit on the judging panel as they decide National Treasure of 2015.

Others rumoured to be taking part are Cheryl Cole, Chuckle Brothers, David Walliams, Ronnie Corbett, Robbie Williams, Katie Price and Russell Brand.

Noel Gallagher Rounds Off 150 Date World Tour In Style

Noel Gallagher rounded off his 150-date world tour in typical rock ’n’ roll style – with a 4.30am finish on the dancefloor.

The former Oasis man played a belter of a gig to a packed Shepherd's Bush Empire – one of the best venues in London.

The crowd lapped it up, especially Angel Child, Aka... What A Life and his acoustic version of Supersonic.

Kate Moss, Lara Stone and David Walliams watched from the balcony as he signed off an amazing 18-month campaign with his High Flying Birds.

Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno also watched from the wings, nodding in appreciation.

The party rolled on at Home House into the wee hours – with some seriously ropey dancing to David Bowie hits towards the end of the night.

The cost to put on the free bar probably negated all profits from the tour, though. Not that Noel needs the money. Top gig, epic night.
