Noel Gallagher: 'Liam Likes To Fight'

Noel Gallagher is courting another legal spat with his estranged brother Liam after insisting the former Oasis frontman "thrives on chaos" and loves to start fights.

Gallagher was forced to apologise to the singer earlier this year (11) after Liam filed legal action following defamatory comments his brother made about him in an interview.

The warring brothers have been at loggerheads since Oasis split in 2009, and their feud escalated when Noel claimed the band was forced to pull out of Britain's V Festival two years ago (09) because singer Liam had a hangover.

Noel has since made it clear that the singer was, in fact, suffering from a bout of laryngitis.

But the legal spat hasn't shut Noel up - and now he's attacking his brother's fighting spirit in a new Details magazine interview.

The guitarist says, "Liam's a f**king funny guy. But then there's another side of him, which blows up when he has his drink.

"I can't do violence. What's the point? Especially since we're all of a certain age and, let's face it, quite wealthy. I never started a fight in my entire f**king 44-year-old life. Liam thrives on chaos. It makes him who he is."
