'The Making Of Council Skies' brings fans behind the studio door for the first time, showing a fly on the wall insight into Noel working with collaborators including Paul 'Strangeboy Stacey (producer, guitars, bass, keyboards), Gem Archer (guitars), Johnny Marr (additional guitars), Rosie Danvers (string arrangements), and more, as they recorded the album.
