"Anything Could Happen" Gem Archer Reflects on Oasis Live '25 And What Comes Next

Gem Archer says Oasis Live '25 has wiped him out "I still don’t know my ass from my elbow… It’s time to decompress".

Fans are hoping for more shows or new music but Archer stays vague. He insists he doesn't know "anything about what’s coming up" and reminds everyone that the Oasis machine is "not just something you can flick on".

Looking back on the tour he says "It’s the weirdest thing… It’s all a blur… We've all said that we won’t know what this was 'till next year. When all the wheels stop spinning… there’s just so much to take on board. It really was a bit of a whirlwind, you know?"

On the band's future Archer adds "Anything could happen, which could include nothing. But this was quite a thing… if stuff was happening, I think I might already know about it… It's not something you just flick on". Still, he nods to Noel Gallagher’s playful line: "No rest for the immensely talented" leaving fans to interpret it as they wish.

His comments align with Oasis' statement that there will be a "pause for a period of reflection" a pause that might still leave room for more.
