It's finally here! The moment we've been talking about and hyping up since the final notes of Champagne Supernova rang out in Brazil. Some fans said it was nailed on, that the band would be coming back as soon as 2026, others said they'd played their last ever gigs, ending on their own terms finally. In the end, it seems we're somewhere in between; a full 38-date tour (just three short of the full tour last summer) playing European dates outside of Ireland for the first time since 2009 but Noel declaring tonight on TalkSport, that there would be no new music, and that he doesn't know if there will be any Oasis after next summer.
But first, the important bits: How can you get tickets for Oasis' 2027 tour?
- The key thing here is that there is no general sale. All fans must pre-register in advance, by 4pm BST on Thursday 17th September.
- When you pre-register, you'll need to select up to 3 x preferred tour cities. You cannot choose which date you want to go to, but will have access to all the dates at the city you're allocated. You're not guaranteed a particular date, only access to the gigs in that city, and you're not guaranteed tickets with an access code.
- You can buy up to four tickets per person.
- The final ticket sale dates will be staggered, so you'll get a pre-sale/access code to an on sale time slot and date, from one date only, from 25-27 September.
One chance the band had decided to enact, is more transparency over ticket prices. Obviously there was a lot of controversy over the dynamic pricing last year which saw some fans being charged over the advertised price. This time round, every single price tier has been confirmed already.
Now, the dates. We'll see the boys play five historic 'homecoming' gigs at Celtic Park, home of Scottish football club Celtic, one of their favourite clubs, owing to their Irish roots. It will be the first time Oasis have played in Glasgow since 2008 which is long time considering how important that city is to British music heritage. Oasis' true home coming will follow after, playing 11 dates at their beloved Man City's Etihad Stadium.
The band return to Europe for the first time since they split, playing Munich, Barcelona (a first in 18 years), Amsterdam, Paris (where the band split in August 2009), and finally Rome. Finally, Oasis will head back to the US to complete dates that were due to take place last summer, in Boston and Las Vegas before heading back to the UK to complete the tour with massively significant gigs. Firstly, the band head back to Ireland which witnessed some of the best, and most memorable moments of the 2025 tour. They'll play Slane Castle, a truly legendary gig venue, for the third time in their history, having supported REM there in the 90s, and played there themselves on their last tour before the split. The crown jewel for many fans however will be an emotional return to the band's most famous moment; Knebworth, where their historic 1996 shows took place.
It seems fitting the band might decide finally to end on a high note, on the grounds of their finest moment.
