Liam Gallagher x Nigel Cabourn Coming Later This Month

Liam Gallagher, one of the most recognisable figures in modern British music comes together with revered menswear designer, Nigel Cabourn, to reimagine a garment that is steeped in military history and British popular culture – the smock parka.

Staying true to both of their northern roots this special piece, which takes inspiration from a 1940s military issue, has been made by Lancashire based Mackintosh using British heritage fabric Ventile, which was originally developed at the Shirley Institute in Manchester.

Awash with functional details and quality hardware, this limited edition smock will be available in five classic colours and will launch on 21st October online and in Nigel Cabourn The Army Gym London; Nigel Cabourn Japan and selected retailers worldwide.

On October 13th 2001 Oasis played the first of two nights at the Barrowlands in Glasgow, Scotland. It was part of the '10 Years Of Noise & Confusion' tour.
