A few months ago we gave you an early look at the collaboration between Liam Gallagher’s Pretty Green brand and Clarks on the Desert Boot.

At the time we saw a brown, black and a dark beige colorway.

Above is a off-white version of the boot, also looking really nice and coming with a tonal suede logo tag by Pretty Green. These will release along with the other colorways in July 2010.

Noel Gallagher: 'I Got Mistaken For Maroon 5's Adam Levine At World Cup Final'

Noel Gallagher has revealed that he got mistaken for the lead singer from Maroon 5 at the World Cup final in South Africa.

The former Oasis guitarist was a guest of honour for the match between Spain and the Netherlands on Sunday (July 11).

Gallagher said he was enjoying a pre-match dinner with a number of high profile guests when someone confused him for Adam Levine.

"I had dinner with Naomi Campbell, [Nelson Mandela's daughter] Zindzi Mandela, the minister for the interior and some of the top ANC crew," Gallagher told The Sun.

“Armed guards everywhere. Incredible. And I got mistaken for the lead singer from Maroon 5 by some **** from Tanzania!"

Andres Iniesta struck a dramatic winner in extra time to seal victory for the Spanish side.

Noel Gallagher Blown Away By Manchester City's Transfer Plans

Former Oasis star Noel Gallagher claims to have been given as glimpse of Manchester City plans which will rock the world of football.

The Blues fan says he was let in on the club’s ‘mind-blowing’ transfer strategy by chief executive Garry Cook over lunch.

And while he appeared to rule out moves for Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, Gallagher hesitated when asked about City’s designs on Fernando Torres during a radio interview.

The rocker claimed that Cook had written the names of City’s intended 24-man squad for next season on a napkin.

He said, ahead of Sunday’s World Cup final in Johannesburg, which he attended: “I just had a big, long lunch with Garry Cook and the revelations you lot are going to hear in the next month are going to blow your mind – but I can’t say anything.

“Players coming and going, and where they are going to and where they are coming from.”

Pressed on names, Gallagher replied in the negative to Barcelona superstar Messi and to Real Madrid’s £80million man Ronaldo.

But when asked about Torres, for whom City appear to be fighting a losing battle, he refused to rule anything out.

“Garry was writing out these names on a napkin, about who was going to be in the squad.

“Put it down on paper, and the 24-man squad we will have will be looking to win everything next season.

“That’s not being big-headed and saying we are going to win everything, but we have to go into it thinking ‘Who is better than us in the league?’

“Chelsea have more experience and United have more in Alex Ferguson, but other than that I am looking at the names there and being blown away, thinking that we are rightly third favourites to win the league.”

City seem to be lagging behind Chelsea in the chase for Torres, and face stiff competition from Juventus for striker Edin Dzeko.

But sources in Italy suggest Juve cannot afford to compete with the Blues, and that Dzeko will be meeting with City officials this week.

They also raise the prospect that City may sell Emmanuel Adebayor to the Turin outfit to help facilitate the Dzeko deal.

There is also growing talk of a similar deal with Chelsea, with the Blues giving up the chase for Torres and in return being offered either Nicolas Anelka or Didier Drogba.
