Noel Gallagher: I Don't Want Another Be Here Now

The legend is taking a year off to avoid another bad album situation...

Noel Gallagher has told Xfm that he is taking next year off - to avoid creating another lacklustre album like Be Here Now.

Xfm's Dan O'Connell asked the leader of the High Flying Birds what plans he has for 2013… a new album maybe?

"No, no no" said Noel. "I'm taking a well earned break after this. Why mess with brilliance? I'd only fuck it up. Look what it did to the aftermath of Morning Glory. Shit on it! Be Here Now?"

Noel was speaking before his headline set at the iTunes Festival at London's Roundhouse on Wednesday night (September 12).
