Liam Gallagher has admitted he’s the most excited he’s ever been.
Speaking to Dave Berry Gallagher was asked about his most excitable moments.
“It’s got to be Man City winning the Premier League, I’m excited about that. I’m excited about getting back doing my music. I’m excited about Anthony Joshua, I’m a big fan of him. I’m excited about everything, man!
“I mean, I’m not running about doing cartwheels but there is someone excited in there somewhere. I know I’m not smiling a lot but there’s a happy person in there trying to get out”

Oasis
Liam Gallagher has said he still has a soft spot for the tiny venue where it all began for Oasis - King Tuts in Glasgow.
He has filmed his new video at the venue, with director Shane Meadows.
Speaking to Dave Berry Gallagher said of the shoot: “It was mega. It was done super quick, because I hate doing videos. We started at 4 and we were out of there by 6.
“Sometimes you’re there all night, but we did a little gig - we played about five songs for the people that came down, three run throughs of Come Back To Me and then we were off home.”
And despite him harking back to the glory days of his old band, he still found time for a dig at his brother employing a SCISSORS player for a recent TV appearance.
“It was a performance video in King Tuts, which is where Oasis got signed,” he said. “There’s no scissors involved, there’s no dwarves or weird stuff. It’s just us playing live and the crowd going wild.
“But it’s Shane Meadows so he’ll have it looking cool

Liam Gallagher has admitted that playing at a working men’s club makes him want to hit the town like he did in his youth.
Speking to Dave Berry ahead of his Absolute Radio gig at London’s Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club, he said the atmosphere had him gagging for a beer.
“It’s making me feel thirsty,” he said. “Those barrels in the corner. The carpet. Even that rope over there is making me feel thirsty.”

Queens Of The Stone Age
Noel Gallagher criticized Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl and Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme in a press conference in Italy yesterday.
“I think that it’s very easy for guys with guitars to pick up those guitars these days and just sing about what’s on the news. I don’t know what the point of all of that is. I think to write songs in this day and age that are full of joy and hope, is almost revolutionary.
I think that guitar music has become more about fucking shouting, like Dave Grohl, what’s he on about? Green Day, and the guy from Queens of the Stone Age, what are they shouting about? They’re shouting about the fucking news. Who wants to sing about the news?
The news is boring. Donald Trump is fucking boring. Politics is boring. The little fat guy from North Korea, he looks funny, but he’s fucking boring. So why would you want to write music about that [stuff]? I think to write songs about joy and hope is fucking revolutionary. There, I just said it, revolutionary.”

Tom Hardy
Liam Gallagher thinks Mr. Bean would be the perfect choice to play his brother Noel in the story of their lives.
When asked by Absolute Radio's Dave Berry who would play them both, Liam said: "Mr. Bean for Noel, because he's annoying, isn't he? You just want to punch his f***ing head in and be like, 'Stop f***ing about mate.'"
For himself, he chose his Rhys Ifans - who appeared as an undertaker in the video for Oasis' 2005 number one 'The Importance of being Idle'.
He said: "I don't wanna go down the sexy hunky route, so none of that Tom Hardy nonsense for me. Rhys Ifans would be good for me. He's a bit out there. Rhys and Mr. Bean. There you go."

Skepta
Liam Gallagher wants Skepta to support him on the line-up for his upcoming headline show at Finsbury Park.
Speaking about when Oasis headlined Finsbury Park, Gallagher said: “I loved that gig, man. It was really fucking dangerous and I liked it. So hopefully we’ll have a bit of the same.”
He was also asked about who else would be performing across the two stages, Gallagher replied: “It can’t all be 90s stuff, man. We’ve got to mix it up a bit. I’d like to get Skepta playing, have something a bit different.”
