Liam Gallagher put the finishing touches to one of the 100 sculptures for Manchester's Bee In The City Trail.
Each fibreglass bee stands 1.8m high and will feature a unique design created by a different artist. They go on display in the city from July 23rd to September 23rd.
Sally-Ann Wilkinson, director of Wild in Art, said: ‘It’s incredibly exciting that Liam Gallagher is part of Bee in the City, in true rock 'n' roll star style adding the finishing touches to his bee back stage at Manchester's Parklife (or Parkalife, I should say!).
The trail, named Bee in the City, also features designs inspired by other Manchester legends such as MCFC Bee, Hac’Bee’Enda, I Wanna Bee Adored and many more.
At the end of the summer-long event, the Bees will be auctioned off to raise money for the Lord Mayor's We Love Manchester charity. which works to improve the lives and life chances of people in Manchester.
The event is organised by Wild in Art, in partnership with Manchester City Council, and is part of the city’s official recovery strategy.

Travis frontman Fran Healy has talked about how he once made Liam Gallagher cry.
Travis were performing at London’s Royal Festival Hall yesterday, when Fran Healy spoke how their track 'Luv' once brought Liam to tears while they were on the road in the ’90s.
“We supported Oasis on the ‘Be Here Now’ Tour in 1997, and it was like supporting The Rolling Stones they were so big back then,” Healy told the crowd, introducing their track ‘Luv’.
“I was walking backstage and Liam Gallagher was sat there in his round shades and he goes, ‘You come here’. So I went over and he goes, ‘Play me a song’. I was really nervous and I just picked up my guitar and started playing this next song. I couldn’t even look at him I was so nervous. When I finished playing the song I looked up and there were tears streaming down his face.”

"Shakermaker" is a song by British rock group Oasis, written by their lead guitarist Noel Gallagher. First appearing as a single, released on the 13th June 1994, which peaked at number 11 in the UK charts, it was later released on Oasis' groundbreaking debut album Definitely Maybe. It was also the first song performed by the band on the UK's world famous music program, Top Of The Pops.
Gallagher admits the lyrics are taken from the world around him, for example, a Shaker Maker was a popular toy in the 1970s, the character of "Mr Soft" was taken from a Trebour Soft Mints commercial, which featured Cockney Rebel's song "Mr Soft", "Mr. Clean" is a song by The Jam, one of Gallagher's favourite bands, "Mr Benn" is a British children's cartoon and the entire last verse - Mr Sifter sold me songs/When I was just 16/Now he stops at traffic lights/But only when they're green - was written in a taxi on the way to the recording studio to record the song. Apparently, Liam Gallagher was pestering Noel to finish the song. At this point, the taxi stopped at the traffic lights outside 'Sifter's"' (a record shop in Burnage, Manchester). Noel penned the lyric and it became part of the song. Noel used to frequent the store to buy old records before Oasis started releasing albums and Mr Sifter refers to the owner of the record store.

"Shakermaker. It's bang on. I've always thought that was a really good attitude, rip off the Coca-Cola song and have it large. It's cheeky psychedelia. And Champagne Supernova. We all go "Tune!"
On the back of Oasis' 'Shakermaker' single everything appears to be normal.
On the front you can see @Microdot66 hand pressing play on an stereo with an Oasis cassette inside. The concept was that when the music came out of the speakers it melted all the objects in the room.
