On December 6th 1994 Oasis appeared on 'Later With Jools Holland' in London, England.

They played 'Whatever', 'Sad Song' and 'I Am The Walrus'.

Alex James joined the Chris Evans Breakfast Show yesterday to turn the pages of his new book 'Over the Rainbow: Tales From An Unexpected Year' ✍️

He also shares his thoughts on the Oasis reunion tour, how likely Blur are to do another huge similar stadium tour, and how he knows Banksy.

Taken from an interview with The Observer: "I'm so happy for them, Delighted. They're great. I like them."

"You know, there's some people - mentioning no names - that when they walk in a room, you're like: 'Oh, f**king hell, he's here.' But when either of them walk into a room, it's like: 'Heyyy.' He's an incredible singer, Liam, and he can't help being a rock star. And it's nice that they waited till we got our s**t out the way, you know? That's very good manners."

On This Day In Oasis History...

On December 5th 1997 Oasis played the third of three nights at The Point in Dublin, Ireland.

Liam Gallagher missed this and the previous night after being diagnosed with a throat infection.

Blast From The Past: Liam Gallagher

On December 5th 2020, Liam Gallagher's 'Down By The River Thames' was streamed globally on MelodyVR.

When full-scale live concerts were still banned under Covid-19 rules, Liam performed the set on a barge from the River Thames.
